Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context.
- Proven ability to write precise story/specs including state machines, business rules, and data contracts.
- Technical fluency to read data models and evaluate API contracts.
- Track record of shipping working prototypes or production-ready code.
- Strong outcome ownership with experience setting and tracking success metrics.
- Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fail-fast culture.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop end-to-end: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec, prototype, production PR, and outcome measurement.
- Manage the product catalog and inventory data surface including SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, and channel sync.
- Run customer discovery and synthesize research using AI tools across tickets, interviews, and behavioral data.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact and speed.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against architecture, service boundaries, and data structures.
- Participate in architecture reviews and make build-vs-buy-vs-defer calls.
- Define success metrics and kill thresholds at spec time.
