Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on AI tool usage in a professional context.
- Proven ability to write story/specs that AI tools can act on directly, including state machines and business rules.
- Technical fluency to read data models and evaluate API contracts.
- Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code.
- Strong outcome ownership with experience setting success metrics and kill thresholds.
- Experience working in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce technology.
- Excellent written communication skills for writing technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop end-to-end including discovery, story/specs, AI-augmented prototypes, production PRs, and outcome measurement.
- Own the product catalog and inventory data surface including SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, and channel sync.
- Run customer discovery by synthesizing research across tickets, interviews, and behavioral data using AI tools.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and service boundaries without engineering translation.
- Route changes through prototype-then-PR flow and review AI-generated code before raising PRs.
- Set experiment hypotheses with explicit success metrics and kill thresholds at the specification stage.
