Requirements
- Experience sourcing or recruiting highly technical talent, ideally across AI, machine learning, or related engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of modern AI sourcing tools and workflows.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI research or sourcing platforms.
- Experience creating targeted sourcing campaigns rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants.
- Ability to use AI tools to research candidates, companies, talent markets, and adjacent candidate pools efficiently.
- Strong sourcing judgment to distinguish between keyword matches and candidates who could succeed in the role.
- Ability to learn technical profiles quickly and calibrate with hiring managers.
- Strong written outreach skills with an ability to personalize messaging without sacrificing speed.
- Highly organized and comfortable maintaining accurate candidate data and pipeline activity in an ATS.
- Experience building automated or semi-automated sourcing workflows (nice to have).
- Experience integrating sourcing tools or recruiting workflows with Ashby (nice to have).
- Experience recruiting for an early-stage or rapidly growing technical startup (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build the Applied AI and Core AI top of funnel.
- Partner with the team to translate requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and candidate campaigns.
- Create AI-powered sourcing campaigns using tools like Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Find hard-to-reach AI talent by researching adjacent companies, technical communities, and open-source contributors.
- Own candidate research and outreach, managing lists and personalized follow-up campaigns.
- Integrate and maintain sourcing workflows within the Ashby ATS.
- Track campaign performance to refine sourcing efforts and focus on high-performing approaches.
