Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
- Experience within the insurance and/or finance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Strong data-management discipline with focus on quality and accuracy.
- Experience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting processes.
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills in Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
- Ability to build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of portfolios across Germany and other international markets in partnership with GTM and underwriting leaders.
- Analyze performance trends by line of business to surface key drivers.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute regional portfolio and performance insights to leadership.
- Support underwriting and GTM leaders with claims analysis and trend identification.
- Own and maintain the regional reporting framework, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with FP&A partners for P&L and expense reviews.
- Support GTM leaders in identifying growth opportunities and developing targeting strategies.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for the region.
