Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Economics, or quantitative fields.
- Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce campaign dynamics and key retail metrics such as CVR, AOV, sell-through, and Gross Margin.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to autonomously drive cross-functional operational workflows.
- Experience with platforms/retailers like Amazon, Mercado Libre, Liverpool, or Palace is a plus.
- Familiarity with PIM/CMS tools like Akeneo is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry or cosmetics/skincare is a plus.
- Experience in subscription business models or recurring revenue eCommerce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate banner and promotional asset uploads across eCommerce and Add-ons formats.
- Translate and update Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for Add-ons, eCommerce, and Glam Bag formats.
- Monitor product availability to prevent stockouts in coordination with the US merchandising team.
- Manage Accommodations and PDP workflows in Akeneo, execute bi-weekly Merch Import Requests, and track monthly assortment reviews in Asana.
- Analyze sell-through, inventory turns, SKU/category profitability, and promotional lift to guide markdowns, reorders, and campaign strategies.
- Perform deep-dive analysis into eCommerce KPIs such as CVR, AOV, sell-through, and margin contribution.
- Conduct demand forecasting and open-to-buy support to optimize stock levels.
- Deliver monthly qualitative and quantitative performance reports to leadership while monitoring market trends.
- Partner with digital operations, creative, product, and US merchandising teams to ensure timely execution.
