Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience filling clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles (agency or corporate)
- Demonstrated sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable platforms
- Working knowledge of common healthcare job titles, credentials, and licensure requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Experience recruiting for federal government contracts or a government contractor (preferred)
- Familiarity with CMS or Medicare program roles (preferred)
- Experience recruiting licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, therapists) (preferred)
- Exposure to OFCCP, EEO, or federal compliance recordkeeping (preferred)
- Boolean search proficiency (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations
- Write and post job advertisements; refresh postings to maintain visibility
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes for hiring manager review
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and follow-up
- Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements as needed
- Meet weekly sourcing, submittal, and pipeline activity targets
