Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment network management, or real estate sourcing.
- Deep familiarity with the UK and EU logistics and 3PL operator landscape.
- Proven track record of managing complex commercial negotiations with logistics operators or landlords.
- Experience managing partner or supplier performance against defined frameworks.
- Ability to assess current market dynamics and operator environments.
- Strong data and reporting discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK, EU, and Australia.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operator sourcing pipeline including market intelligence, pre-screening, and operator assessment.
- Drive commercial negotiations and execute Master Service Agreements (MSA) with international operators.
- Conduct regular in-market site visits for competency audits and performance monitoring.
- Manage the ongoing operational relationship with partner sites including SLA tracking and QBR preparation.
- Work cross-functionally to drive partner productivity, compliance with operating standards, and performance improvements.
- Deliver monthly network health reports covering certification status and partner profitability.
