Requirements
- 5-7+ years of senior growth marketing experience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to ideate, plan, and measure results.
- Hands-on operational capability to execute and build.
- Strong brand and taste sensibility with a clean, premium aesthetic.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on performance.
- Ability to effectively market to both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Self-directed and proactive work style.
- People-oriented and warm demeanor suitable for client-facing immigration work.
- Design or artistic background preferred.
- Affinity for premium or hospitality-style branding preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy across content, digital acquisition, SEO, paid, and conversion.
- Proactively ideate, propose testing plans, allocate budgets, and measure effectiveness.
- Report on marketing results and track performance trends.
- Define and control brand voice and design standards across all firm output.
- Work closely with the founder to align strategy with business growth.
- Build a coherent, scalable marketing engine to support firm expansion across multiple locations.
