Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive professional experience, with preference for multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, and managing early talent and leadership development programs across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of university recruiting, campus engagement, and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience working with HR technologies, applicant tracking systems, and campus recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with universities, academic partners, and professional organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and workforce planning capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong program management and operational skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and program evaluation.
  • Strong employer branding and marketing awareness for early-career audiences.
  • Ability to travel for campus events and global talent activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global early talent strategy aligned with long-term workforce requirements.
  • Design, scale, and manage early-career programs for undergraduate and advanced-degree candidates, including internships and rotational leadership programs.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional associations.
  • Lead campus recruiting strategies to strengthen employer brand awareness and increase engagement.
  • Develop and execute conversion strategies that transition high-performing interns and participants into full-time roles.
  • Use data and performance insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future investments.
  • Enable business leaders and HR partners to participate in early talent initiatives.
