- At least 2 years' experience working in resettlement.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to perform research and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Experience working in a grant-compliance context.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in Social Work or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with IRIS, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Asana (preferred).
- Overseas and/or cross-cultural experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage daily pre-arrival case management tasks and provide technical assistance for post-allocation cases.
- Oversee pre-arrival reporting and ensure database accuracy (e.g., IRIS, Dynamics).
- Develop monitoring frameworks and report on grant compliance.
- Provide oversight for beneficiary feedback surveys and quarterly data analysis.
- Collaborate on annual training plans and facilitate training for home and field office staff.
- Support a portfolio of field offices through monitoring, consultation, and technical assistance.
- Conduct annual site profile reviews and host quarterly management check-ins.
- Perform domestic travel for site visits and training facilitation.
