Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical and programming capability.
- Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, platforms, and architectures.
- Experience in data analysis, data science, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Experience with machine-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing and implementation of IoT and data-analysis solutions.
- Research and evaluate IoT technologies, datasets, analytical tools and technical approaches relevant to DTID projects.
- Contribute to the development of prototypes, pilots and Proof-of-Concept applications.
- Support data analysis, data science and data-modelling activities across DTID initiatives.
- Contribute technical input to DTID research projects, technical papers and publications.
- Assist with evaluating the quality, reliability, security and scalability of technology solutions.
- Conduct independent technical research and analysis on developments in IoT, data science and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, reports and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with technology specialists, researchers and other teams across DTID.
