Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, with healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret complex financial information and turn it into actionable business insights.
- Experience developing comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring logic, or similar analytical frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor performance against recommendations.
- Comfortable working independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and recommend actions addressing financial opportunities that can improve margin performance and support sustainable operations.
- Develop and apply comparative methodologies, standardized monitoring logic, and analytical tools to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to uncover trends, root causes, risks, and potential areas for improvement.
- Partner with operational leaders and other stakeholders to investigate underlying drivers of financial performance and evaluate potential solutions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and support leaders in determining appropriate paths forward.
- Monitor progress against recommendations, evaluate results, and identify additional opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented environment through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
