Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or insurance organization.
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex financial services workflows and end-to-end client lifecycles.
  • Proven program management experience in building adoption programs and launching initiatives for high-volume audiences.
  • Strong consultative skills with experience leading discovery workshops and developing scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional strategic storytelling abilities to translate complex data and technical concepts into narratives.
  • Familiarity with compliance, security, integration, and wealth management technology requirements.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Confidence and executive presence when presenting to senior stakeholders and large audiences.
  • Ability to work core hours aligned with Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones.
  • PMP or another relevant professional certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with home office, branch, and regional leadership to align practice management initiatives with strategic business priorities.
  • Help enterprise clients address objectives such as organic growth, advisor adoption, retention, and operational effectiveness.
  • Design multi-phase rollout and success strategies for large organizations, defining measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of enterprise customers to internal Product teams to identify feature needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design scalable one-to-many enablement programs, including advisor programs, webinars, and best-practice content.
  • Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to diagnose operational inefficiencies and workflow challenges.
  • Represent the practice management function at industry conferences and firm-hosted events.
