Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and verbal).
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, call center, customer support, or telephone interviewing environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must reside in Alberta or Manitoba.
- Availability to work at least 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift.
- Ability to work the expected schedule of approximately 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Must have a private, quiet home workspace.
- Must meet required computer, telephone, internet, and security specifications (Windows 11, broadband internet, headset, and microphone).
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to recruit respondents for research panels and participate in survey projects.
- Administer telephone surveys by reading questionnaires accurately, recording responses, and following established research procedures.
- Assist panel members with account inquiries, portal access, troubleshooting, and other respondent support needs.
- Provide courteous, professional, and empathetic assistance throughout every respondent interaction.
- Support respondents during surveys by answering questions and helping them navigate the process effectively.
- Manage survey assignments efficiently while maintaining strong organization, productivity, and time management.
- Follow established quality standards, research guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
- Collaborate with research and operations teams to support smooth survey execution and resolve operational issues.
