Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, data science, or high-growth technology.
- Expert fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark, including building reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
- Proven track record of quickly learning complex data methodologies and building strong mental models.
- Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts including methodology, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Active user of AI tools with a focus on using them to improve productivity and work quality.
- Strong analytical judgment and a bias toward action and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own Kepler data content end-to-end, driving product success through best-in-class, accurate outputs.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary methods to ensure data accuracy and identify methodology gaps.
- Analyze massive amounts of data to solve complex problems and derive key insights.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase speed, reduce manual work, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Write prompts and manage automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research and Engineering to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
- Handle high-complexity inquiries regarding data trends and anomalies for customers.
