Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Background in financial services, management consulting, data science, or high-growth technology.
- Expert fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
- Proven track record of learning complex data methodologies and building strong mental models.
- Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and influence cross-functional partners.
- Active use of and excitement for leveraging AI tools in analytical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own Kepler data content end-to-end, driving product success by delivering best-in-class outputs with a focus on accuracy.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary methods and techniques to ensure data accuracy and identify methodology gaps.
- Tackle complex data problems using strong analytical judgment to refine methodologies and test new datasets.
- Use AI and tooling to build repeatable processes, increase speed, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Write prompts and run automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research and Engineering to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
- Handle high-complexity inquiries regarding data anomalies and trends.
