Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or data science.
- Expert fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark for reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
- Proven track record of learning complex data methodologies.
- Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Active use of AI tools to drive productivity and improve analytical processes.
Responsibilities
- Own Kepler data content end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and increasing client value.
- Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets to identify methodology gaps and derive insights.
- Tackle complex, ambiguous data problems using analytical judgment.
- Use AI and tooling to build repeatable processes, increase speed, and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Write prompts and manage automated evaluation processes for the Kepler Insight Agent.
- Collaborate with Research and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and optimize data processes.
- Handle high-complexity client questions regarding data anomalies and trends.
