Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading strategy engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, insight development, and strategic direction.
- Experience within a brand or creative agency environment.
- Proven success developing strategists and evolving methodologies.
- Ability to guide complex partner engagements and navigate executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Ability to translate strategic insights into compelling creative and activation outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and budgets across multiple engagements.
- Deep appreciation for branding, including messaging, visual identity, and digital experiences.
- Professional experience in the nonprofit and fundraising sector is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Strategy discipline, establishing clear standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide strategic oversight across engagements, ensuring actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coach, develop, and manage Strategy team members.
- Serve as a senior advisor and lead facilitator in high-profile partner engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to strengthen integrated delivery.
- Support business development, identify opportunities for growth, and advance company-wide priorities.
