Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers.
- Proven experience with coaching, performance management, and achieving results in performance-based environments.
- Must have or obtain a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the state of residence within 30 days of hire.
- Must have access to a reliable automobile for travel.
- Ability to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and to conferences as needed.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth within the territory efficiently and within budget.
- Meet new business and wellness sales targets for shelters within the territory.
- Manage, hire, train, and develop 10-12 Shelter Sales Agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams.
- Perform onsite visits and conduct follow-up meetings to assess partner needs.
- Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch products to shelter partners.
- Manage expense budgets and submit monthly reports.
