Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (degree emphasis in life science discipline preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience is highly preferred.
- Phase I Project Management experience preferred.
- High-level organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in persuading and negotiating.
- Ability to manage project documentation and databases.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple clients and their associated projects while fostering strong relationships.
- Confirm project scope with clients and operational teams to ensure adherence to contracts, timelines, and budgets.
- Engage team and functional managers to prioritize work and take corrective actions to control scope and costs.
- Facilitate frequent project meetings from inception through project closeout.
- Create and maintain project documentation including RFIs, budgets, meeting minutes, timelines, issues, and risk lists.
- Implement change management to resolve bottlenecks and improve organizational efficiency.
- Update databases for project status tracking and financial reporting.
- Host client visits and conduct facility tours.
