Requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Finance.
- Understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and identify meaningful insights.
- Good numerical and quantitative skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA in Finance may be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and management information.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and other key financial metrics.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities and track actual performance against financial plans.
- Work closely with internal teams to collect financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and information.
