Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 7 years of experience in finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements.
- Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
