Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification and HubSpot CRM Certification.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one email marketing or automation platform beyond HubSpot.
- Experience leading new account implementations, including portal setup and workflow architecture.
- Direct experience migrating a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) into HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of contact lifecycle stages, segmentation strategy, and list management.
- Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices including deliverability, A/B testing, and compliance.
- Working familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Willingness to obtain HubSpot Sales Hub certification.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows including lead nurture sequences, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal notifications.
- Set up enrollment triggers, branching logic, and workflow actions to support marketing and sales processes.
- Audit and maintain existing workflows for performance, accuracy, and alignment with current campaign strategy.
- Schedule and deploy marketing emails including newsletters, drip campaigns, and one-off sends across HubSpot and other platforms.
- Deliver performance reporting cadence on deliverability, open rates, and list growth across all client accounts.
- Manage contact records including imports, segmentation, list creation, and database hygiene.
- Support the management of deal pipelines and lifecycle stages within HubSpot CRM.
- Configure Sales Hub for new and existing seats, including user permissions, deal stages, and sales tooling setup.
