Requirements

  • Experience in a customer support, service or operations role.
  • Experience using a ticketing platform such as Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to document checks, audit trails, and tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously.
  • Analytical ability to pull reports, identify patterns, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and in a fast-growing business environment.
  • Proficient communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line support to members and practitioners across email, chat and phone.
  • Run practitioner onboarding end to end, from vetting and document checks through to enablement and profile set up.
  • Own practitioner audit and document expiry tracking to ensure network compliance.
  • Resolve member and practitioner complaints, escalating when clinical or duty of care judgement is needed.
  • Identify, reproduce and flag incidents and technical issues to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Track contact reasons and issue themes to drive root cause analysis and reduce ticket volume.
  • Contribute to practitioner communications, newsletters, and help centre content.
  • Monitor overall service health and booking flows.
