Job Details

At least five years of experience in payment operations, payment performance, acquiring, or subscription billing.
Direct experience working with multiple PSPs such as Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, or Checkout.com.
Proven experience evaluating and onboarding PSPs and managing multi-provider setups.
Experience building or operating payment orchestration, routing, and cascading systems.
Strong experience with recurring subscriptions, renewals, retries, dunning, and involuntary-churn reduction.
Experience managing more than $12 million in payment volume.
Deep knowledge of payment metrics like authorization rates, decline reasons, dispute ratios, and fraud ratios.
Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting, dashboards, and operational monitoring from scratch.
Confidence working with senior executives, technical teams, and legal partners.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Define and implement a multi-PSP strategy, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new payment providers.
Lead commercial negotiations, contracting, and integration processes for payment infrastructure.
Design and implement payment orchestration, routing, cascading, and failover logic.
Monitor payment performance and analyze transaction data to identify revenue opportunities and issues.
Define and optimize retry, dunning, and failed-payment recovery strategies to reduce involuntary churn.
Establish an operational framework for disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud monitoring.
Coordinate with engineering and product teams on integrations and performance improvements.
