Job Details

7+ years of operations experience in telehealth, technology-enabled care, or consumer health technology.
Experience leading functional leaders in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ownership of a customer funnel, including conversion and retention metrics.
Hands-on experience running contact center or high-volume care operations.
Direct exposure to revenue cycle management, credentialing, or payer enrollment.
Strong data-driven operating mindset for identifying root causes and executing solutions.
Proven ability to build scalable processes in ambiguous environments.
Strong AI fluency with experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to operate hands-on.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including executive leadership.
Experience working with Medicare or Medicaid populations is a plus.
Experience scaling early-stage companies from Series A to Series C is advantageous.

Own core business metrics including LTV/CAC, gross margin, cost to serve, and patient retention.
Run the company’s operating cadence across clinical operations, sales, finance, HR, and compliance functions.
Identify operational leaks and drive measurable improvements in profitability and gross margin.
Optimize the end-to-end patient funnel from initial contact through ongoing engagement.
Build and operate a world-class advocate organization, including capacity planning and quality assurance.
Drive AI adoption across operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work directly with founders and senior leaders to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
