- 2+ years of US recruiting experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of US recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting for Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting positions such as housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, and other frontline support roles.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS and job board platforms.
- Ability to work US business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST).
- Must have a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.
- Must have a second monitor.
- Must have a stable primary internet connection.
- Must have a backup internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Review applications and conduct phone/video screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
- Partner with facility leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.
