Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery.
- 8 years of experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
- 6 years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture strategy development using frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies including Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with cloud-native software development and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working with secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
- Experience designing data ingestion pipelines and external integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce data lifecycle and reference architecture patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, governance, and implementation of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
- Architect and oversee end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Define and oversee integration patterns for patient management systems, APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Own Salesforce data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and mentor developers and solution architects.
- Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies aligned with TOGAF principles.
