Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12 or more years of professional Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing models, and platform governor limits.
- Hands-on experience designing complex Salesforce integrations.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale security models.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-level Salesforce implementations spanning multiple cloud products.
- Drive technical strategy for complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Define and maintain standards for security, integration, and customization.
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure project success.
- Deliver scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise business needs.
- Provide technical leadership for large Salesforce programs from end to end.
