Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eight years of experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery.
- Eight years of experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce multi-cloud implementations.
- Six years of experience in Salesforce solution design, development, implementation, and governance.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture strategy development using frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Proficiency with Salesforce platform technologies including Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with cloud-native software development and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working with secure systems handling sensitive data in regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services.
- Experience designing data ingestion pipelines and external integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data lifecycle and reference architecture patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, governance, and implementation of the multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise integrations.
- Develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
- Architect and oversee end-to-end solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Define integration patterns with patient management systems, APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Establish data modeling, governance, and data quality strategies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance.
- Mentor Salesforce developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
- Apply expertise in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within cloud-native environments.
