Requirements
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape including Hospitals, Senior Living, SNFs, and Home Care.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or vertical strategy specifically within the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities in a player/coach capacity.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
- Experience charting and executing multi-year growth strategies in a complex, regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or MHA degree preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder buying processes and HCM integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the healthcare vertical to achieve market share across care settings.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare decision-makers including CHROs, CFOs, VPs of Workforce, and Operations leaders.
- Construct a nationwide network of healthcare referral partners such as GPOs, management companies, and operator associations.
- Lead healthcare business development efforts and coach Account Executives to close deals.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to create tailored healthcare-focused solutions and messaging.
- Represent DailyPay at industry events and conferences to build brand credibility and generate opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market efforts and address healthcare workforce management requirements.
