Requirements
- 2+ years of experience owning a caseload or book of accounts end-to-end in client coordination, patient management, or claims handling.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Capacity to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience in roles requiring clear, calm communication via phone and text.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Highly accountable, proactive, and capable of creative problem-solving.
- Home office setup that meets the company's technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of business, overseeing the full client life cycle from contract signature through final resolution.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact, actively handling continuous inbound and outbound calls and texts throughout the workday.
- Guide families through each step of the process while building trust, rapport, and an exceptional overall client experience.
- Own key case milestones including transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return by partnering with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and update all systems promptly and accurately.
- Navigate platforms including HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, and GSuite to triage workflows and solve problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain continuity of care and assist with coverage, escalations, and urgent needs.
