Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, or 4-6 years of significant and relevant medical practice management experience.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including public presentation capabilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to travel roughly 15% annually for practice visits and partner meetings.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to ensure practices meet goals in Practice Transformation Plans.
- Train office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies using the Aledade Value Based Care Curriculum.
- Assess practice and staff training needs continually.
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
- Gather practice feedback and relay information to management to identify improvement opportunities.
