Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, or 4-6 years of medical practice management experience.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management.
- Excellent oral and written communication and public presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to perform team-building and lead effective training sessions.
- Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools.
- Proficiency with computer software and willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to travel roughly 15% annually for practice visits and partner meetings.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives as directed by Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active patient management.
- Ensure practices meet goals outlined in Practice Transformation Plans.
- Train office staff and providers on processes and technologies using the Aledade Value Based Care Curriculum.
- Assess staff training needs and build relationships with healthcare system executives.
- Listen to practice concerns and communicate opportunities for improvement to management.
