Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university (or 4-6 years of relevant medical practice management experience in lieu of degree).
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical or practice management processes.
- Must be a resident of South Carolina.
- Ability to travel to practices in South Carolina up to 25% of the time.
- Strong oral and written communication skills including public presentation capability.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to help practices meet goals defined in Practice Transformation Plans.
- Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies using the Aledade Value Based Care Curriculum.
- Provide ongoing assessment of practice and staff training needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to enhance performance metrics.
- Listen to practice concerns and relay opportunities for improvement to manager/leads.
