Requirements
- Must be a resident of South Carolina.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university.
- 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management in lieu of educational requirements.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentation skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Team-building skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
- Ability to travel to practices in South Carolina up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management to ensure practices meet performance goals.
- Assist in training office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies using the Value Based Care Curriculum.
- Provide continual assessment of practice and staff training needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
- Listen to practice concerns and relay information to leadership to identify improvement opportunities.
