- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in GTM/Sales, Marketing, or corporate functions.
- Ability to explain variable incentive, OTE, and commission plan mechanics.
- Direct experience with cross-border hiring and international employment compliance.
- Based in Ireland or able to work compatible EMEA hours.
- Proficiency in modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proven ability in advanced sourcing methodologies like Boolean and market mapping.
- Strong consultation skills for partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across GTM and non-tech business functions from kickoff to onboarding.
- Present and explain variable compensation models, incentive plans, and commission structures to revenue-focused candidates.
- Work with local HR and legal teams to ensure hiring processes comply with international country regulations.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using targeted sourcing techniques in competitive SaaS markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to set expectations, refine job descriptions, and streamline interview processes.
- Maintain ATS data integrity to provide visibility into pipeline health and recruiting metrics.
