Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments.
- Proven experience building and shipping products from concept through launch.
- Ability to read and evaluate software codebases to assess technical feasibility and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience building functional prototypes and using developer workflows like Git.
- Practical experience managing AI/ML capabilities, data pipelines, model evaluations, and security guardrails.
- Strong foundation in structured discovery frameworks (e.g., JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees).
- Expertise in SaaS business metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, churn).
- Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Corporate L&D, or video infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, discovery, definition, and delivery for customer-facing AI-powered product capabilities.
- Evaluate software codebases and build functional prototypes to provide engineering with executable starting points.
- Define AI product economics, including unit costs, model selection, quality thresholds, and security guardrails.
- Establish and scale repeatable AI-driven workflows across the product organization.
- Lead product discovery using structured frameworks like JTBD and Opportunity Solution Trees.
- Mentor product team members on discovery, technical evaluation, and AI workflows.
- Support go-to-market teams with technical documentation and product demonstrations.
