Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Economics or any other relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB), within the Forex / Fintech industry.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing IB and Business Development teams.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in strategic and commercial contexts.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills, with experience guiding, coaching, and developing teams.
- Strong relationship-management and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, analysis, reporting).
- Deep understanding of financial markets, with solid expertise in forex, crypto, or related trading sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and active-listening skills.
- Proven track record of closing partnerships and optimising partner performance.
Responsibilities
- Hold full ownership and accountability for IB performance and growth in GCC, ensuring all revenue, volume, and market-expansion targets are achieved.
- Drive country results by developing and executing a strategic action plan tailored to the GCC market.
- Proactively identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes to ensure continuous market growth.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Business Development Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Establish clear, measurable KPIs for the department, consistently monitor performance, and take accountability for achieving results.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new partnerships while strengthening and expanding existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams.
- Analyse partner performance, market data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize their performance and overall potential.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimise strategies, and enhance overall departmental performance.
