Requirements

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products and design skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles.
- Proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to use both qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate design impact.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on design trends.
Responsibilities
- Transform customer and business objectives into compelling, feasible product solutions.
- Manage the design process from concept ideation through flows, wireframes, and full-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Champion design system consistency, cohesion, and accessibility.
- Apply Jobs-to-be-Done methodology and conduct customer research to inform design iterations.
- Present design rationale and decisions to stakeholders, using storytelling to build alignment.
