Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent execution, craft, and UI design.
- Solid understanding of UX principles for web and native mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, including file organization and pixel-perfect handoff.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process with sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively within corporate design systems.
- Strong user empathy, especially for complex or monotonous workflows.
- Proactive communication and ability to share work early and often.
- Constructive attitude toward feedback and ability to pivot quickly.
- Willingness to directly engage with customers to gather feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive payroll and team management experiences for managers and employees.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
- Streamline business and employee onboarding processes.
- Create proactive tools to help customers identify and resolve payroll issues.
- Develop interfaces for reviewing time, labor costs, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing workflows.
