Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Proven experience across the full ML lifecycle: feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and Databricks.
Comfortable operating production backend and data systems end-to-end.
Experience with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, model registries, and production monitoring.
Solid grounding in statistics, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and experiment design.
Ability to work effectively in an on-call rotation.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
Fluent in English with availability to overlap with North American hours (9am-12pm EST).
Experience with Ad-tech or programmatic advertising contexts is a plus.
Knowledge of privacy engineering principles (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Design, build, deploy, and monitor production ML models and pipelines.
Build and maintain high-volume feature engineering and data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
Implement robust MLOps practices including model registries, experiment tracking, and monitoring for quality.
Collaborate on platform integrations to ensure models integrate into downstream production services.
Execute offline evaluations and A/B tests to validate modeling impact and optimize hyperparameters.
Ensure modeling and data pipeline initiatives adhere to data regulatory laws like GDPR and CCPA.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue OKRs and utilize AI-assisted development tools.
