Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Scientist or ML Engineer role.
- Excellent practical knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience in the full ML lifecycle, including data collection, model building, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and readiness to work in a dynamic, agile, and decision-heavy team environment.
- Fluency in Polish.
- English language proficiency at level B2 or higher (speaking and writing).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytical models and Machine Learning algorithms to production.
- Design and optimize recommendation engines and optimization solutions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and collaborate closely with Product Owners to define business goals.
- Participate in system architecture design and key technology decisions within the team.
