Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining production machine learning systems.
- Excellent Python programming skills.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps tools and practices, including: MLflow, GitLab CI/CD (or similar CI/CD platforms), Model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Experience designing scalable data and ML pipelines.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers or data scientists is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance scalable machine learning architectures and production systems.
- Build and improve MLOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, experiment tracking, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production while ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain Python-based services, ML infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and data scientists on software engineering and ML best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve the efficiency and quality of machine learning platforms.
