Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of overall information technology experience, including software engineering, systems integration, architecture analysis, and application testing.
- Experience integrating and testing applications, databases, and external components within complex technology environments.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases in UNIX, VMS, and/or Windows environments.
- Strong software development experience, preferably including Python, Java, or J2EE applications and scripting.
- Experience analyzing system architecture and database development concepts, including technical risk assessment.
- Knowledge of network protocols and enterprise application integration technologies.
- Experience designing and creating test cases and conducting system integration testing using structured or risk-based methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, implement, test, and manage technology solutions supporting complex healthcare and enterprise application environments.
- Develop and execute architecture strategies, feasibility studies, integration analyses, and technical assessments for applications, databases, and external systems.
- Analyze application architectures, conduct risk assessments, and establish appropriate architectures and configurations for testing environments.
- Develop Python scripts and applications to support software engineering, integration, testing, and data analysis activities.
- Design and execute integration testing between applications, databases, and external components, and develop effective test cases.
- Produce clear, accurate client-facing analysis reports and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with government customers, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project objectives.
