Experience owning the full product discovery, delivery, and iteration lifecycle.
Strong product judgment and ability to translate complex problems into clear priorities.
Technical depth to evaluate trade-offs and make production changes independently.
Experience defining metrics and using data/experimentation to inform decisions.
Business and market awareness including understanding ICP, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
High standards for software quality, reliability, performance, and security.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and foster team ownership.
Previous experience leading engineers and setting technical direction.
Clear communication skills and a low-ego approach to collaboration.
Fluency with AI tools and workflows for research, prototyping, and coding.
Experience building developer platforms or deployment tools (highly desirable).
Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment within +/- 3 hours of CET.

Design core platform primitives including projects, environments, secrets, and logs.
Shape Developer Platform product direction from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Translate developer insights and customer needs into clear product priorities and engineering plans.
Lead a small engineering team by setting direction, mentoring, and providing feedback.
Maintain hands-on contribution to APIs, dashboards, documentation, and production code.
Measure product success and use data to guide future roadmap priorities.
Work cross-functionally across compute, design, and marketing to ensure a cohesive developer experience.
Conduct experiments and PoCs to validate technical approaches and scaling feasibility.
