Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience developing and supporting change management deliverables for clients across multiple industries.
- Workday Pro Certification, or previous experience working directly with Workday or within a Workday ecosystem partner.
- Demonstrated experience in change management for Workday implementation projects.
- Experience developing training materials, including visual job aids, instructor-led training content, and e-learning resources.
- Ability to independently lead the planning and execution of change management programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%–50% as required.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
- Prosci Certification is preferred.
- Experience with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia is an advantage.
- Understanding of HCM and/or financial concepts and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management activities for Workday implementation clients, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, champion networks, communication plans, training plans, educational materials, and user adoption measurement.
- Develop tailored training content such as visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning materials.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions and guide clients through new Workday processes.
- Lead regular client meetings, provide project updates, monitor progress, and address project issues.
- Partner with functional Workday teams to identify process and organizational impacts.
- Independently plan and manage change management programs across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the change management practice by improving methodologies, tools, and delivery approaches.
