Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior consultant in organizational development and change management.
- Expertise in developing change management strategies for large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in conducting change impact, stakeholder, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and stakeholder forums.
- Experience managing external consultant and vendor relationships.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify organizational trends and measure effectiveness.
- Experience with HCM and ERP implementations (Oracle HCM/ERP experience is highly preferred).
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted senior consultant to executives, business leaders, and HR partners on organizational development, change management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation priorities.
- Develop change management strategies and execution for complex, large-scale initiatives, including enterprise technology, HCM/ERP, HR, digital, finance, and business transformation programs.
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, organizational readiness, and adoption assessments to identify risks, barriers, and interventions.
- Lead OD and change engagements from initial intake and diagnosis through solution design, implementation, evaluation, and transition.
- Consult with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, alignment, decision-making, accountability, and team performance.
- Design and facilitate customized OD interventions, including change leadership, strategic alignment, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
- Provide change management expertise for HCM and ERP implementations and optimization initiatives.
- Establish governance, project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and reporting mechanisms for assigned engagements.
