Job Details

Advanced scientific degree (MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS, or MD).
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, medical affairs, or medical compliance.
Experience in academic writing or medical content creation within a CRO, agency, or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong scientific and medical writing capability for complex information.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage individual assignments within project scope.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport across cultures and regions.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team-based environments.
Understanding of technology's role in improving medical content development.
Expertise in an assigned therapeutic area (preferred).
Experience with multimedia and omnichannel medical communications (preferred).
Ability to rapidly adopt new digital content tools and technologies (preferred).

Develop medical affairs content including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, slide decks, and digital multimedia under supervision.
Research, organize, and interpret scientific and medical information for content development.
Perform quality checks to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including graphics, compliance, and statistics to deliver content solutions.
Manage assigned projects to meet quality and timeline expectations.
Identify project issues and collaborate with management to resolve them.
Complete training on new tools and generative AI platforms.
Develop expertise in at least one emerging content creation tool or skill.
