Job Details

At least 3 years of experience in Level I or higher troubleshooting in a technical or application support environment.
Demonstrated experience working in healthcare environments supporting medical professionals.
Experience with radiology technology, PACS administration, or PACS analysis is strongly preferred.
Basic familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and Modality Worklist (MWL) standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues methodically.
Proficiency with Zendesk, Google Workspace, or comparable support and productivity platforms.
Strong customer-care skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to clinical users.
Attention to detail for creating accurate and actionable incident documentation.
Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST schedule and participate in rotating overnight and weekend shifts.
Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment is advantageous.

Proactively respond to client issues, provide timely assistance, and maintain active monitoring of client environments.
Investigate and resolve support requests in accordance with established SOPs and SLAs.
Troubleshoot application, software, network, and workflow issues using performance metrics.
Assist healthcare professionals with clinical applications and radiology workflows.
Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Partner with engineering and product teams to investigate software issues and drive resolutions.
Review network performance and investigate connectivity or performance issues.
Contribute to knowledge-base articles, runbooks, and support process improvements.
